How YOU can get bird droppings and insect corpses off YOUR car

Insect remains on the car get on the nerves of many car owners. Once the dirt has dried, it is difficult to remove. Even after a thorough wash, speckles often remain.

So what to do?

There is a simple trick for removing stubborn fly residue without using chemicals. Soak newspaper pages in soapy water and place the paper on the badly affected areas until they are sufficiently soaked. After that you can Wipe off the dirt with a soft sponge.

It is important not to place the damp paper on the trolley in direct sunlight, as it will then dry out too quickly.

Never use chemical cleaners!

You should not remove fly residue with a brush, a hard sponge or even a scraper.
Painted and chrome-plated parts, headlights and windows could be scratched.
Paint damage to your vehicle cannot be ruled out even when using chemical cleaners.

Bird droppings are aggressive!

Many drivers still underestimate the damage caused by insect remains, bird droppings and the like.
These contaminants don’t just stick to the surface, they actually dig into the paint.
Bird droppings and chitin residues etch into the paint surface due to their chemical composition.
Fine cracks then form there. The paint swells and bursts as a result and loses luminosity and color in the affected areas.

Sun intensifies the effect!

The longer the dirt remains on the paint, the more difficult it is to remove.

The effect is enhanced by the summer sun. It literally burns the deposits into the paint.

The first compulsory exercise is therefore get rid of the aggressive natural products as quickly as possible.
