Thank you for your interest in us and our website. At this point, we would like to inform you about the collection, storage, processing, transmission, blocking, deletion and use of personal data when you visit our website. Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. This privacy policy can be accessed at any time via our website.
Our handling of data and its protection is based on the statutory provisions, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the German Telemedia Act (TMG) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
Personal data will only be collected and processed if this is expressly provided for by law, if the user has expressly consented to this, if this is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject, or if this is necessary to safeguard legitimate interests.

Data collected automatically when using the website
The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data.
However, the functioning of the Internet is based on the fact that technical information is exchanged between the user’s computer/browser and the website operator’s server so that communication and data transmission can take place.
The transmitted data includes the date and time of access to the website, the files accessed and the amount of data sent, information about the browser and operating system as well as the Internet provider, if applicable, information about a website referring to us and the IP address(es) of the user at the time of accessing our website.
The registration and storage of this data is always anonymous and does not allow us to draw any conclusions about your person in this form; the data is also always deleted after use has ended. Exceptions to this are only made if we are legally obliged to do so or if you consent to this.
Collection and processing of personal data
When using our website, personal data is collected and processed insofar as this is necessary to enable or charge for the use of our website or for the establishment, content or amendment of a contractual relationship regarding the use of our website and the services offered via it.
Individual services, such as communication via the contact form, may require a login or the one-time provision of personal data such as name, address, telephone number, vehicle registration number, key numbers or e-mail address, as otherwise it is not possible to make meaningful use of these services. We are therefore entitled to collect and process the data for the duration and within the scope of use, whereby use of the services is voluntary.
Beyond this, personal data will only be collected and processed if you expressly consent to this. This consent can be revoked at any time.
Please note that by using services for which personal data must be collected, you give your consent to the collection and processing of the necessary data, which can be revoked at any time.
Transfer of personal data to third parties
In principle, your personal data will only be transferred to third parties if this is necessary for reasons of contract processing and billing in relation to the use of our website.
Data is also transferred if we are legally obliged to do so. This is the case, for example, if the competent public authorities request information in individual cases and this is necessary for the purposes of criminal prosecution, to avert danger or to enforce intellectual property rights. Data is also transferred if this is necessary for other legitimate interests.
Beyond this, data will only be transmitted with your prior consent. Once consent has been given, it can be revoked at any time with effect for the future.
However, in cases where your personal data is transferred to third parties, the scope of the data transfer is limited to the minimum necessary.
In the event that we outsource certain parts of data processing (“order processing”), we contractually oblige the processors to process personal data only in accordance with the requirements of data protection regulations and to guarantee the protection of the rights of the data subjects.
Revocation of consent
If you have given your consent, you can revoke this consent at any time without giving reasons with effect for the future. All you need to do is send us an informal message.
Storage of the data
The data is generally stored for as long as it is required for the purpose for which it was collected.
In addition, our obligations to store and ultimately delete the various data are determined in each case by the applicable statutory provisions; there may also be statutory and contractual retention obligations.

If you do not accept cookies, the functionality of our website may be restricted.
