The TÜFA-TEAM with its dynamic employees has been around since 1991.
Over 29 years of experience, attention to detail, respectful interaction with each other and with our customers are what make us special.
TÜFA-TEAM was one of the first freelance motor vehicle expert offices to enter the market with the main inspection business.
This was no coincidence, because Hans Albert Gelbe, as founding president of KÜS e.V., had his finger on the pulse of the times and the family company’s first vehicle inspection center was thus founded in Niedernhausen.
Further test centers in Wiesbaden, Kriftel, Bad Camberg-Würges, Wetter and Hungen followed.
The 55-strong team of Dr. Marc Trömner and Tatjana Trömner-Gelbe now looks after 150 workshops in the Rhine-Main region.
1991
Foundation
the TÜFA-TEAM was founded. The TÜFA-TEAM started with one test engineer and one secretary.
1993
Test center Niedernhausen
the first vehicle inspection center was opened in Niedernhausen, Platter Straße 13b. The customer-friendly opening hours and friendly staff quickly attracted more and more customers, who immediately appreciated the professional expertise and customer proximity.
1995
Test center Kriftel
the second vehicle inspection center was opened in Kriftel, Mainstrasse 5 (Kriftel industrial estate) with equal success.
1997
Wiesbaden test center
the third vehicle inspection center was opened in Wiesbaden, Mainzer Straße 121. The central location and numerous parking spaces in the courtyard ensured a high level of acceptance among our customers.
2002
Weather test center
the fourth vehicle inspection center was opened in Wetter, Am Grünweg 4.
2005
Test center Bad Camberg-Würges
the TÜFA-TEAM opens its fifth vehicle inspection center in Bad Camberg-Würges, Frankfurter Str. 156.
2008

In the meantime, the TÜFA-TEAM has grown to 26 employees. We look after 5 vehicle inspection centers and almost 160 garages.
2010
TÜFA-TEAM honored for family friendliness
TÜFA-TEAM, headquartered in Niedernhausen, has been named the “most family-friendly company in the Rheingau-Taunus district 2010”. Managing Director Tatjana Trömner-Gelbe accepted the award from Burkhard Albers (District Administrator) and Achim Staab (Economic Development Officer) at the 2010 Family Festival in Eltville.

TÜFA-TEAM and GELBE + KOLLEGEN present their new image
The ING. office GELBE UND KOLLEGEN and the TÜFA-TEAM invited around 180 guests to a big summer party. The occasion was the presentation of the new logos of the two companies, which have been run as a family business for more than decades.
There was great encouragement from the guests.
GELBE UND KOLLEGEN, since 1951 a motor vehicle expert’s office, has been the point of contact not only in the event of an accident, but also for valuations of classic cars or used vehicles in Wiesbaden. In 1991, the subsidiary TÜFA-TEAM was added and today operates six vehicle inspection centers and 150 workshop inspection bases.
Four years ago, the company was recognized as the most family-friendly company in the Rheingau-Taunus district, and you could feel it.
Live music, delicious food and a trial show were not just for the older guests. The younger guests also had fun with a great magic show, a trial bike course where they were also allowed to ride and a balloon event.
Great new logos and a great party made the day a success.

TÜV SÜD Auto Partner
TÜFA-TEAM GmbH has been a TÜV SÜD Auto Partner since 01.01.2020. This partnership will enable TÜFA-TEAM to position itself in the area of fleet management and consulting in the B2B sector in the future. The fleet management area includes, among other things, the main and exhaust emission tests. Thanks to this partnership, TÜFA-TEAM is now in a position to offer all the necessary services for car dealerships. In March, Partrick Fruth (CEO TÜV SÜD Auto Service GmbH) and Lothar Kreutz (Managing Director TÜV SÜD Auto Partner GmbH) visited the brand-new vehicle test center in Niedernhausen and met Managing Director Tatjana Trömner-Gelbe and Managing Director Dr. Marc Trömner in person. The modern test center is state of the art and provides the basis for successful cooperation. No pre-registration is necessary at the vehicle inspection center in Niedernhausen.
